MR. P’S HOMEMADE ITALIAN SAUSAGE
Add 1/2 cup water to skillet. Put Italian Sausage In. Cover and Cook 15 minutes at medium/high temperature. Pour off water and brown. You can also grill Italian Sausage until light brown through the center. If sausage is frozen simmer in skillet with a cup of water and cover for 15 minutes then pour water out of skillet and it will be thawed ready to cook.
FRESH BONELESS SKINLESS CHICKEN BREAST
Shake on Pilleteri’s Greek Seasoning. Coat skillet with olive oil. Lightly brown on medium/high temperature. Cover and simmer until chicken is white through center.
If you like mushrooms simmer sliced mushrooms in a skillet with 2/3 cup Pilleteri’s Marinade 1/3 cup of water until tender. After chicken breast is cooked put a spoon full of mushrooms on each chicken breast and then melt a slice of cheese on top of mushrooms and serve.
Cover with water and boil in pot until tender. Drain off water. Brush with butter or margarine and shake on Pilleteri’s Greek Seasoning.
MR. P’S BAKED IDAHO POTATOES
Scrub with a brush and rinse with water. Lightly coat with olive oil and shake on Pilleteri’s Greek Seasoning. Foil wrap and bake until tender or wax wrap and microwave until tender. Then cut in half and top with Pilleteri’s Greek Seasoning, butter, and sour cream.
MR.P’S GARLIC MASHED POTATOES
Boil your peeled potatoes till tender, add milk, butter or margarine and Pilleteri’s Greek Seasoning. If you love garlic add a generous amount of Pilleteri’s Greek Seasoning. Then blend the ingredients together and serve. You can also add more Pilleteri’s Greek Seasoning to your plate after you are served. Do not add any other seasonings.
MR.P’S ITALIAN SAUSAGE STUFFED PORK CHOPS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom of casserole dish. Place stuffed pork chops in. Cover and bake 1 hour.
Place in pot. Cover with water. Bring to a boil. Simmer until tender. Add butter and Pilleteri’s Greek or Original Seasoning.
DELUXE CHICKEN FINGERS
Add oil and fry on both sides until brown or bake at 400 degrees until brown or done. Cut into one to be sure it is done.
BABY LIMA BEANS
Place in pot. Cover with water. Bring to a boil. Simmer until tender. Add butter and Pilleteri’s Greek Seasoning.
WHOLE BEEF TENDERLOIN
Place in pan uncovered. Bake at 500 degrees for 6 minutes. Turn oven off for two hours. If too rare, cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes to the pound.
MR. P’S AU JUS SAUCE
Take one cup of water; add 4 oz. Pilleteri’s Liquid Marinade to the drippings of the roast. Dissolve two teaspoons of flour in cold water and add to drippings to thicken sauce.
BONELESS RIB ROAST
Place in pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes. Then bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes to the pound.
BABY BACK RIBS
Season with Pilleteri’s Original Seasoning. Foil wrap and bake at 300 degrees until done. Char on grill and brush on BBQ sauce.

Peel and boil potatoes. Add Pilleteri’s Greek Seasoning, milk, and butter to your potatoes before blending.
Add pinch of salt to water; boil ravioli 15 to 20 minutes until fork tender.
PILLETERI’S BEEF BRISKET
Completely cover the outside of the beef brisket all around with Pilleteri’s Original Seasoning. Let stand 15 minutes. Place brisket on a charcoal fire 300 degree temperature indirect heat for two hours. Foil wrap. Put in a 300 degree oven. Bake for 3 hours. Coat with Pilleteri’s #1 Sauce (Mr. P’s All -Purpose Sauce).
PILLETERI’S ALFREDO SAUCE
Mix. 2tbs. butter or margarine, 2tbs. flour, 2 cups of milk, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, and 1.5 tbs. Pilleteri’s Italian Seasoning (or to taste) in bowl. Microwave 1 minute. Stir. Then microwave 30 seconds and stir. Add more milk to get desired thickness.
